I’ve started to investigate e-reader technology for a potential project with Higher Ed lectures. Here’s a few interesting things I’ve discovered in the last few days.

This is a great clip that compares the uses of an e-reader with iPad for reading books.

Here’s a link to the top ten apps on an iPad that could be useful to librarians – Librarian apps¬†and here’s a short clip on how to view a book on an iPad with the iBooks app

And finally, here’s a link to a podcast from Radio National on e-books and the future of publishing – Radio National

The comparison of e-book technology is very interesting. I am looking foward to checking out using one form or another if we have them for loan from the library (I guess the library will lemd them like a laptop) Elizabeth
